Creative Visualization is a form of meditation which replaces any unconscious negative responses to life (Anxiety-Self Doubt- Fears- Stress- Unworthiness etc..) with positive healing imaging to create greater mental, emotional and physical wellness as well as Spiritual connection.

We will begin with an introduction to explain how it all works, followed by practicing actual guided visualizations and ending with a question and answer period.

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary; just bring your beautiful creative mind and a willingness to try it!

Instructor: Maia Rizzi is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. Her work focuses on combining Hypnosis with various energy work modalities and Integrative Core Counseling; all intentionally aimed at focusing our creative minds to achieve healing. Her practice is located in Eliot Maine.
